Here's a quick prose I had created...
And the day came when the girl realized the Strange One was not what he said he was. There was talk of soul and spirit but it did not exist, not for them. It was all smoke and mirrors an mere illusion, just like all the others, especially the Strange One. So Strange One went back to the comfort of the Troll, a familiar breeding ground of contempt and conceit, of lies and betrayal, of ego and self entitlement, most of all, of total delusion. For all the talk of trust and love it was never there, not between them. Consider it more a sad dance of two that feed off each other. Opportunistic for all the wrong reasons but we shall leave them at their sad game, the sad co-dependent dance they chose to entrap themselves in. The Troll will continue to believe the lies of the Strange One until the next time.
One of my all time favorite ditties is Pete Shelley’s 1981 single "Homosapien." Never did see the video until today. I logged on into some message board, and someone pointed out that Pete Shelley pulls out the Fool card from out his crisp white jacket. The Fool card being from Crowley’s Thoth deck. Interesting.
So of course I went to YouTube and checked out this video myself:

Here's links to two profiles I created on that internet virus otherwise known as MySpace; one for Psycho Bunny, and the other for Babalon Babes. Just click on either link and it should direct you to another portal:
Finally left Kansas City, MO for good during the last week of October 2007. Boy, let me tell you, that was one of the most magickal things I had ever done for myself within that year, something as mudane as boarding an airplane. The minute I stepped foot on NYC concrete, it was bliss. Even better, I was in the big apple just in time for the Halloween/Samhain celebrations all around town.
Now its the middle of January 2008. Figured that since I'm here I would showcase a few illustrations I had worked on:
Before we had Jerry Springer parading around the best of trailer park and ghetto trash, there was something actually called a "talk show."
As a pre-teen in the early 1980s, there was talk shows featuring hosts like Phil Donahue and Tom Synder. It didn't stoop to the level of the gutter; instead it presented its subjects in an intelligent manner. It was through Phil Donahue that I learned about Susie Bright, the feminist 'sexpert.' I'm also quite sure that's how many American (pre-MTV) learned about 'Punk Rock' and 'New Wave' thanks to Tom Synder.
I found out this morning that Tom Synder had passed away from cancer. Kinda made me sad, I wish we had more talk shows like 'The Tomorrow Show' during its prime. Sure as hell beats today's chants of "JERRY! JERRY! JERRY!"
And people wonder why I'm not much of a television fan...
Tom Synder interviewed a wide range of people from Johnny Rotten of The Sex Pistols, to Charles Manson at his cell, to John Lennon. Ironically, his show was cancelled and in his place was a wise-cracking comedian known as David Letteman.
In his tribute I thought I would share some of these clips I found on YouTube:
Which saying do you believe to be true, but just can't seem to follow?

"If you have to ask for something more than once or twice, it wasn't yours in the first place..."
Then again, never say never.
